INTRODUCTING Lactic Acid Starter Kits Birko Corporation is now offering a "Starter Kit" for the small processor. Included in the kit: 1 - 4x1 Gallon case of 88% food grade lactic acid. 1 - Information packet, which includes efficacy data, mixing directions, and an MSDS. 1 - Lactic Acid Titration Test Kit. Measures diluted lactic acid up to 2.5% as lactic acid. Accurate to the nearest 0.1% (1,000 ppm). And Now Available....
