HENDERSON, Colo.—Birko, a leader in providing food safety solutions to the meat, poultry, pork, produce and brewery industries, has been ranked #10 on the ColoradoBiz magazine list of Top 100 Woman-Owned Companies for 2011, based on 2010 gross revenue. Birko is the only Colorado manufacturing company in the Top 10.
