Birko Corporation provides a 30 day return policy on all products purchased from the
e-Warehouse.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied
with a product, simply notify Birko Corporation.

Birko Corporation will issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) for returning product.
Following is the guidelines for returning product:
Return Guidelines
- Return merchandise within 30 days of original receipt of order.
- Product must be returned in saleable condition and unopened.
- Copy of all shipping documents must accompany returned product.
- RMA# must be prominently displayed on the outside of shipping container to avoid delays in
processing the refund.
- All return freight charges are the customer's responsibility.
Refund
If all guidelines have been met, refunds will be issued to the original credit card. Once account has
been credited, notice will be via e-mail.
