Electronically Controlled Chemical Dispensing System
The Mini-AlloTrax offers plant management the ability to allocate and track up to four formulations using up to five base chemicals and plant water. The system allows the user to program only the number of chemical charges that the sanitation crew needs to do the job with complete supervisor override capabilities. The Mini-AlloTrax has a time lock out feature that will not allow unauthorized persons to access the chemicals during non-sanitation hours.
Recording is done daily by a plant employee by pressing and holding the operation button and recording the amount of charges used in the previous 24 hours. This information can then be used to track usage, identify waste or track chemical cost.
While the Mini-AlloTrax does not have all of the features of its big brother the AlloTrax 2, it will give small to mid-sized plants the tracking and dispensing capabilities that they need.

Along with installation and calibration, Birko will also provide chemical use analysis and recommendations to cover your specific plant cleaning and sanitation issues.
