Birko Disinfecting Entryway Foamers for Food Plants

Entryway foamers should be placed in all critical plant entries. These fully automatic systems replenish a heavy antibacterial foam as needed throughout the shift to keep listeria and other problem pathogens from migrating around the plant.

Entryway foamers use economical Birko Liquik-2® CS for regular applications or Birko Ultra QuatTM for more serious plant problems. Other Birko chemicals may be more appropriate for a specific plant problem.

Floor Remediation
Birko's remediation regime for problem floors is a good first step to improving the overall floor sanitation in your plant.

1. Rough down rinse with the hottest water available in your plant.

2. Foam the floor with a solution of BIRKO SuTec FGTM heavy duty     cleaner and Birko 10 ChlorTM in the hottest water available and     allow time to work.

3. Rinse with the hottest water available.

4. Foam the floor with Birko Acid Brite No. 2TM to neutralize the     cleaning step and further strip the floor. Allow additional time to     work.

5. Rinse with hottest water available.

6. Disinfect with Birko Ultra QuatTM
