In addition to our chemists and production staff, Birko has qualified, highly trained Technical Representatives who provide our customers with in-plant consultation in all areas of sanitation, product usage, custom equipment procurement and manufacture as well as employee training in proper sanitation procedures. For serious situations, Birko representatives located in the principle meat producing areas throughout the North, Central and South America. Representatives are available to visit any processing operation within 24 hours - seven days a week.
