BIRKO’S Brand of Service
In addition to our chemists, BIRKO has highly-trained and thoroughly-experienced Technical Representatives. Their job is to provide our customers with comprehensive in-plant consultation in all areas of sanitation, chemical product usage and cleaning equipment acquisition as well as employee training in proper sanitation procedures and the safe use of chemicals. For critical situations BIRKO representatives, located in the principal meat producing areas throughout the United States, are available to visit any processing operation within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
