In addition to our chemists, microbiologists and production staff, Birko has experienced, HACCP-qualified Technical Representatives who provide our customers with in-plant consultation in all areas of cleaning and sanitation, chemical product usage and custom equipment procurement as well as employee training in proper sanitation and chemical safety procedures. For serious situations, Birko representatives are available to visit any meat, poultry or food operation within 24 hours seven days a week.
Birko's goal is to provide our customers with continuous improvement to their HACCP protocols and SSOPs contributing to food safety.
